Guarantee or

verify or endorse any

members. Users must personally verify all personal details including background verification etc., before finalizing the marriage proposal.

If a user submits a false complaint against
another member, leading to the suspension or deletion of
that profile, KCV Matrimonial reserves the right to:
- Take
legal action
(civil/criminal)
- Recover
damages or service charges
- Suspend
the complainant’s account
without refund
Any misuse or misrepresentation will lead to termination of
services without notice.

our services. All decisions are at the discretion of the

E. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
All services are considered to be offered from
Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of
India and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

All payments (including membership fees or
renewals) are non-refundable. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be
assigned to any other person or entity. Payments made for one service/package cannot
be adjusted against any other service or future offer.
